This course is for people with little or no experience of climbing. 

Maybe you have climbed indoors and are wondering what the real rock has to offer? I use a low instructor to student ratio to maximise your learning and the emphasis is on lots of climbing.

• Knots and basic ropework

• Belaying

• Movement and technique

• Abseiling
